Where We Currently Ship
At the moment, our shipping services are limited to locations within India. Any orders placed for addresses outside India cannot be fulfilled.
Processing Orders & Dispatch Routine
Once an order is placed, we typically process it within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). When your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all relevant shipping details.
How Long Delivery Takes
- Depending on your destination and courier availability, you can expect your package within 3 to 8 working days.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, like adverse weather, regional restrictions, or festival congestion, there might be occasional delays.
If Delivery Doesn’t Work Out the First Time
- If your delivery fails due to issues like incorrect address input, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the courier will try up to three times.
- After repeated delivery failures, the item will be sent back to our warehouse. If you'd like it re-shipped, additional delivery fees will apply.
In Case of Damage or Non-Delivery
- Items Arriving Damaged: Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Include clear photos to help us resolve the issue faster.
- Orders Not Received: If you haven’t received your parcel, we’ll coordinate with the courier. Based on the conclusion, you’ll either receive a replacement or a refund.
Items That Need Extra Care
Some products may come with specific packaging or courier instructions due to size, weight, or delicate nature. Any such handling details will be highlighted on the respective product pages before checkout.
